Building a great aircraft manufacturer requires great investors. Stavatti is now raising $2 Billion in private equity to fund the commercial development of revolutionary, next generation civil and military aircraft.
The purpose of this investment offering and capital raise is to provide the capital necessary to develop, prototype, flight test, certify/qualify and begin production of next generation commercial, military and personal general aviation aircraft, powerplants and additional aerospace, defense, transportation and technology related products in accordance with the Stavatti Business Plan.
Stavatti Aerospace Ltd has filed an Amendment to Form D with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to commence a Regulation D Rule 506(c) offering to raise up to $2 Billion in equity capital from qualified accredited investors. The offering is conducted pursuant to the Stavatti $2 Billion Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) dated 15 June 2026 and will fund Round A of the company’s Business Plan.
Stavatti is offering 400,000,000 shares of Restricted Common Stock at a price of $5.00 per share. The minimum investment is $200,000 with a total of 10,000 units available. Each unit consists of 40,000 shares of Stavatti Aerospace Ltd Common Stock. The offering is limited exclusively to qualified accredited investors and is structured in full compliance with Rule 506(c) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933.
Prospective investors may request an Investor Information Package, which includes information regarding the Company, its business operations, strategic objectives, capital requirements, specific aircraft and related projects, and current Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). Submission of this form does not constitute an offer to purchase securities, an acceptance of any investment, or a commitment by Stavatti Aerospace to provide investment opportunities to any individual or entity.
All investment opportunities are available only to qualified accredited investors, subject to applicable federal and state securities laws and verification requirements. An accredited investor is generally defined as an individual with a net worth over $1M excluding primary residence, or income over $200k individually / $300k jointly in each of the two most recent years.
