Stavatti Requests Zoning Changes For Niagara Falls Site

In early September 2020, representatives on behalf of Stavatti Aerospace Ltd. (“Stavatti”) appeared before the Town of Niagara (NY) regarding a formal request for zoning changes covering the existing U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) site, which is located at 9400 Porter Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Stavatti is seeking these minor zoning status alterations from “light industrial” to “heavy manufacturing,” in order to advance the company’s ongoing discussions and interest in potentially acquiring the property.

If acquired, the facility will be used for future development and prototype production purposes, particularly as it relates to the existing hangar portion of the facility. The company intends to provide additional information in the near future regarding its prospective real estate, development, and manufacturing plans involving the USARC site, following the completion of additional opportunity assessment and due diligence efforts being conducted by Stavatti officials.
